Not sure what the top valve of the throttle body is for? And does anyone have any problems with their throttle sticking with one of these installed?

Are you talking about that little hole on top or the thing that sticks out?
I have one of these but i havent opened it yet. I think ima go open it now and see.

 

It's the vacuum feed to the charcoal canister.

 

I am almost positive its the vaccum line to the charcoal canister

Block it off you dont need it.

 

yeah i didnt think so, the only thing is now i had to take it off cause when its on at crusing speed ( any constant speed) the car jerks a little and kinda bogs down. So i took it off and now my car dies haha, and my damn gay *** glow gauges just went out in the dark so i had to use the cell to light up the cluster.

when im driving at say 40 mph the car jerks, its weird as ****, it did the same thing when my valve cover gasket went bad, but thats not the case cause the stock tb doesnt do it.

 

Throw in some fuel injector cleaner as well.
