99 civic wiht 96 gsr wont start need help!
swaped in a 96 gsr converted to obd1 with the jumper with a p28 ecu there is spark and fuel but wont turn over anybody knows i tried searching but couldnt find out need my ek running

Need:
Firing in correct order and timing
Continuous electricity
Continuous fuel
