If i had an electronic torque wrench i could do it... theres like 3 eg's with rear discs over here... I could sell+profit. Shipping is expensive for them though, pretty heavy! i never know the mileage on them either though, Stupid **** ****** at the junkyard take EVERY cluster so i never know how many miles the chassis have... (bearings etc.)

Why would it be more? Clearly OP can't find one at a yard where he is, so grab one off ebay. I don't think your paying MORE unless there was an original price on a cluster. I however missed the part where the OP said "I can get a gauge cluster for cheap" or at all.

Cluster @ junkyard = $16
Cluster @ ebay = $50

I was QQing as to the fact that the junkyard can be stripped of every honda part.
Eh he was asking about a cluster.
