Code 22 Vtec system failure (I think). Make sure the vtec solenoid is granded right and or clean it. No clue what a code 3 is?????

so you are getting codes?
how does it drive?
check you TPS sensor voltages (do a search)
and check that you have connected the solenoid properly (also do a search)
