I have a peakboost turbo'd GSR 94 Del Sol Si with there AC Ramhorn style manifold. Although the condensor will fit in place the AC lines are awkwardly positioned and are not fitting correctly. I have the B&R Fittings catch can kit with braided lines and would like to do this for my AC system (braided lines) however, I do not know the size of the connections. I have searched but cannot find the sizes so I can purchase the correct fittings. After looking on www.docsblocks.com they have a wide selection of AC fittings however I do not know what I need to order. I have been delaying the process of getting AC in my car for over 2 years and I do not want to wait anymore. If someone with thorough knowledge on the Del Sol AC System could give me an idea of the fitting sizes I need it would be greatly appreciated. If possible to I would also like to upgrade my AC Compressor for better cooling but I do not know what size to get.

just have a shop cut your stock connections use those and custom lines thats what they did to my ef. ef to da comp;ressor

 

In that small cab why would you need a better compressor? I live in Hawaii and in #2 fan speed I freeze my nuts off in my Del Slow. If you must I don't see why you couldn't swap an Integra compressor with mount on that block.

CRV bracket will allow a D series compressor to fit on a B series block. Make sure it's charged right and it should be cold enough. Maybe adding insulation to the car would help it stay cooler.
