Default type r launch control question

hey i have a healthy JDM R motor in my coupe and im getting a chipped p28this week.. was wondering where about i should set a launch control any ideas? I don't wanna do massive burnouts down the track, but i do want a good launch.

They are pointless when set at the wrong rpm hence the reason why i want some opinions on where to set it.. plus there fun!

fun? your gonna *** up your suspension, have you ever had one? its a waste of money plus you might regret it when you feel your car bogg out because of it

Yes i have had one before.. used it plenty of times and would work great.. and if I'm already getting a chipped p28 how is it a waste of money? Dude I'm just asking for an opinion not a battle..but thanks for your concern

I like to launch around 35-4000 rpm. That depends on the tires that are on the car, temp. outside ect. Just my opinion.

I would say right around 3800 that's what I try to launch

happend to my buddy, but reading on what rpm it should be set he might of put it a bit to high so it would make his car wheel hop nasty style
