Default Auto to manual b18 swap - Why is motor tilted toward the passenger side?

ok guys i need your help, recently bought a clean eg with auto trans and locked motor, decided to do a motor swap and might as well kill two birds with one stone. my delima is that in doing the swap when all was set in place, my motor was at an angle, more towards the passenger side.
my question is what exactly did i do wrong? all the mounts are off an integra 94-00, t-bracket as well. from what i can tell, the rear trans mount is the one thats off. do i need to swap out the subframe, t-bracket, trans mount? what do you guys think? its making me go nuts. the motor is an ls 99, trans is 91 ls, and the eg is an auto dx hatch.
before all the smart comments about there being a search button start, already looked for two days and found nothing useful for an eg but plenty of ek info. thanks for any help provided.

passenger's side pocket mount needs to be cut off the frame rail and the manual version must be welded on (the automatic pocket mount angles up) or you can buy an aftermarket conversion mount . The only thing is you used a cable tranny and i'm not sure what the bolt pattern on the top of the case is like compared to a hydro unit.

the passenger side mounts fine, no mods needed, its the rear mount that im having issues with, the one by the firewall.
i was looking at the integra subframe and it looks like it might fit, what do you guys think?

Its not the rear mount. I've done auto to manual swaps on 5th gen civics more than once. There is no difference between the automatic and manual subframe, rear mount, or D-series T bracket (you will however need to use a manual B-series T bracket since you are swapping In a B-series engine.

It fits, but again its not going to help you at all.

If you're using the '91 tranny you say you are you will need an aftermarket upper transmission mount, and a cable to hydro conversion kit. It makes a lot more since to just buy a hydro tranny in the first place from any '94 - '01 5 speed Integra. and an auto to manual swap mount for any D/B-series transmission.

94EG8 knows his stuff, u have to either cut and replace the automatic pocket mount to use the tranny mount you have already or just buy the conversion mount. Its the reason your engine is slanted.

I've done this swap aswell. Rear mount shouldnt be an issue if its from a manual B series engine.

Why the cable tranny tho?

u need to get the auto to manual tranny mount...bolt up the back mount first then do driver mount and then the tranny....i did 5spd conversions on my old eg and my old integra and i didnt have no problem since i used hassport auto to manual tranny mount..but then again i used hydro trannys....so if ur running a cable tranny...did u get a kit to run it or something..? make it easy and get a hydro tranny....

or what i did was is i bought longer bolts that would thread into the tranny and use washers to make up the gap but
i only did this because i was short on funds but he best way is to just buy a auto to manual mount

and i know they make b series for swaps

I've done something similar before, but you have to realize the automatic pocket mount also sits 1/2 an inch further ahead than the manual version so you still have some tweaking to do to make it fit right.

thanks for all the help guys. the reason i was going to run the cable trans is due to a lack of hydro transmissions at the junkyard but after i saw the price of the conversion kit, i think im going to wait for one.
im also going to buy the auto to manual mount, hopefully soon. i will keep you guys posted on my first ever auto to manual B series swap.
again, thank you all very much.

Hey, I just bought an 95 integra wrecked from a friend. I rebuilt most of the engine, and still doing some body work. I wanna change the transmission out for a manual but not too sure what all I need to do? Also was thinking about a turbo or a k swap any idea's, please and thanks.

Eddie:

Just remember to get the 94-01 Integra manual rear t-bracket too. With that, a hydro tranny, and THE HASPORT CONVERSION MOUNT <---clickable link you should be fine.
