trailing arm bushings
Hi honda-t i am about to replace my trailing arm bushings and was wondering what the best way to is there a special tool i can rent. and my second question is does anyone know the part # for the bushings thx
There is a special tool that you can buy that makes this job super easy. Ebay has a bunch for under $100 right now. Google for {"bushing x-tractor"} and the Ebay ones come up. You might be able to get someone here to rent it to you, too.

Ebay seems to be selling TA bushings galore for Hondas at good prices. Just make sure they are OEM parts.

just use a brass hammer to remove and install if you dont have one buy one its a very hand tool. Just use a 6 in scale or ruler to mark the flats one the bushing to so that when you install the new one that it doesnt bind when bolted up. Or use a shop press if you have access to one. The advantage of the special tool is you dont have to remove your whole trailing arm to do it which is nice if you have the money for it
the tool makes it super easy when compared to removing the whole TA, esp drum equipped cars. I'll bet a local to you Honda tech would rent you the tool with the right deposit and attitude.
