wednesday night i was coming home and my my car just died, checked a few things and narrowed it down to the distributor, so i ordered one from a local o'reilly auto parts store
put it on car ran like poo poo, and it threw a code 8 (tdc position) called the store, the guy told me it might be out of time, and to reset my timing (cam to crank) and try again before i bring it back
so i reset the timing(cam to crank) and cranked, and it ran at 300 rpms,tired advancing it tried retarding it, then it threw a code 6 (coolant temp sensor which is brand new)
i'm stumped
