What tire size for daily driven?
Okay everyone, I know some might disagree to this or some might agree to it but I am currently running 17' rims on my 94 Civic coupe and the tires on it are 205/40/17. It looks nice with 17s' without lowering the car. I am planning on getting some Nitto NeoGen and may need to know what are some other great sizes for it. The car isn't lowered or anything but I plan on lowering the car in the future just to make it look nicer. Its daily driven so any info would help.
40 at the least. with 17s youcant put much tire on them. every1 is gonna say get 15s or 16s blah blah
for comfyness get 205/45 or 50/R17
the more tire you put on the more comfortable it will be

50's on 17s??? You must be crazy stupid. Not only will he rub like crazy, he might even tear up his fenders.
40's belong on 17's, but you MAY be able to put 45s. Dont be surprised if you rub though.

I'm currently running 17's with 205/40 nitto neogen's. Thats probably the best tire for the low pro setup as they are grippy as ****. However High grip=low tredware. 50 is way to big for a 17"wheel. You will rub unless you roll fenders, and thats a lame excuse. 205/40/17 gets my vote. And your gonna love those nittos.
Alright everyone, thanks for the help. I was debating about getting 205/40/17 or 205/45/17 but it seems to me that the 40s' will work out much better. Hopefully, i plan on getting the tires whenever financial aid comes around. lol, Thanks!
