help with compression/engine hesitation
94 cx with d16z6, p28..
So I did a compression test on it and it came to 150psi all across except for number 2 which is at 100psi. That is a little low to me. I think the max difference suppose to be 20 psi. I added some oil (like 2 caps from 5qts oil jug) to the cylinder to do a wet compression test cuz I dont have a leak tester, and after the compression test , it bumped up to like 144-150ish.
I can't remember if that's an indication of bad rings or bad valves. Also after that, I can see oil seeping through the exhaust manifold side of number 2. And what's worse is that it smokes white on a cold start, but after driving til it heats up it's fine or at least I can't see anymore smoke.
Need H-T's help to see if it's my rings, exhaust valves, headgasket, or all three. This is my dd so any help asap is greatly appreciated.

Well I wanted to confirm what the problem was first by the symptoms listed above, before I actually take the head off. Also there is no CEL. Car just runs like crap. Alot of hestitaions on first gear, almost like crawling, then piks up. It does it in second some times too. Idle is anywhere from 600-800 at times. I have already cleaned iacv, fitv, throttle body, bleed coolant system, vavle adjustment, before car started to have problems.
