Default can someone reccomend a meadia blaster for undercarraige blasting?

i have a bunch of rust on the bottom of my rockers and on the floor pan. id like to blast it all then por15 it. im debating on the options...one is just bringing it to a local place that only deals with media blasting cars
http://www.u-spray.com/serv02.htm
and have them blast it.
the other is buying a media blaster. can someone reccomend a decent blaster? air pressure is no issue, i have a HUGE industrial compressor.

air pressure usually isnt the issue, cfm's are.....I would recommend a drum style sand blaster over one of the hand held models, The media doesnt last long in the little cup they provide and it seems like every 3mins you're stopping and refilling it.If this is the only project you plan on it using it for, I would just use a harbor freight model...or get on craigslist and buy a name brand

What makes you think the rust isn't inside the rockers too? Seems like most hondas that have a little on the outside, have a lot inside.

ya, i figured a drum style. im looking for more specifics as to brands and stuff.

I dont know if rust is inside the rockers. I never said its not inside them. What does that have to do with it? Are you implying i should cut out the rockers and replace them??
I dont care if rust is inside, i still would like information on media blasters.

I'm implying that doing a body repair twice is a silly way to do things. You won't care if your freshly painted rocker starts bubbling in 4 months?

As far as good blaster, the standup canister types from snap-on do tend to work well, especially with the vaccum collector if you can't make a huge mess. For a small job you could get away with just getting a nozzle/valve and sticking a siphon tube in a 5 gallon bucket of sand. That's basicly what most of the little $30-50 rigs are anyway.
