OK so i posted within the last 2 weeks about how i only had 1 Oxygen Sensor and that was after the cat. cause there isnt a sensor on the exhaust manifold or sround the heatsheild.. well i was under the car today and i found the primary Oxygen sensor it is Right before (i mean exactly right before) CAT.
in my LX the Primary is on the Exhaust manifold it even goes thru the Heat sheild but in my EX For Some reason its Right before the CAT. Is that were it is suppose to be in an EX? or did the previous owner more thatn likely move it?

Yes, The OBD2 F22B1 has both O2 sensors located under the engine.
