Who makes this retainer?

well i purchased these retainers and i was wondering if anyone know who made them.
they weigh 8.9 grams
outer diamiter is 28.4 ish mm and inner diamiter is 22.1 ish and the stem opening diamiter is 16.4 ish

i forgot to mention these are for b series honda.nobody knows?

its hard to say, not many companies put there stamp on retainers, unlike valves. but they look like titanium or chromoly so they look good enough to use.
