Default 92 GSR problem

I got off the freeway then it started idling weird. It was going from 1100 to 6000 without even touching the throttle. After this happened and I let it sit, it wouldn't start with the hood closed. When the hood is open it starts but rev's up and down like above. Right now it's not even starting at all.

Doesnt make sense because you said it wouldnt start with the hood close. maybe throttle is stuck closed or something.
