If I'm not mistaken, you need to change the ignitor. Test the Blk/Ylw wire from the 2 pin round connector on the distributor. With the ignition switch on, there should be battery voltage. If not, the wire is shorted somewhere. If there is voltage and the car still doesn't start, check to the two white wires coming from the distributor. You'll need to test them at the ecu. You'll again need to test for voltage. Test terminal B15(+) and B17(+) against A18(-), you should have +/- 10v. If not, it's the ignitor.
Note: I pilfered this straight from my Helms

I had this issue after installing my Digital 6+. The problem was the I had assumed that the two wires going into the dizzy actually connected directly to the coil. Well, after popping off the cap I realized that of course, they aren't. Did you splice the msd wires into the positive and negative dizzy wires before they actually went into the cap? You have to actually open the cap and disconnect them from the coil (I ended up having to extend one of them) and connect the msd wires at that point. That got rid of my code 15. Hopefully what I'm saying is clear...

i didnt attempt any shortcuts to begin with, my father was helpong me understand the wiring and he mentioned to tap into it from the outside i said i wanted to go by the book so the only wires intercepted are the wires that used to goto the coil (on stock setup) and the on the coil itself. There is also a small hole in the dissy cap to accomodate for wires. Big red wire to battery, big black wire to chassis. Im gonna measure the switched voltage from the black/yellow wire tonight..
cheers for the input... im gonna re check all wiring.

wow this thread is almost 2 years old and i don't even remember creating it! i think a friend hopped on my comp. and did it. he no longer has code 15 because he car has crashed since

I have checked the black/yellow wire on my honda distributor and i see a switched 12v signal. The white wire coming from the MSD box has 5v switched power. I have ordered a new coil (MSD part number 8207 suspecting that the original/stock coil has burnt out). The car occasioanlly fires up and starts for 20secs max but im unable to keep it constant.
