Yes it is possible. What you have is what some people call "Poor Mans Type R". Hell, I've seen B18C1 CRX W/ Bolt on's running low 14's.

yeah thats what he called it. trans is a real JDM too. w/ 7lb flywheel and stage 3 clutch. non-hydraulic. idk is all b16 trans's are cable?

The HP sounds right but I'm not sure about the 13 but I'm no expert. What internal work has been done? Run it!

In a Crx? If I did not run 13's with that setup in a Crx I would be worried..On Dr's that is.

sounds like, once i get my car back together. it will run low 14's, high 13's. which is good. cuz this d-bag down the road has a trans am. STOCK. runs about the same time and he brags cuz he thinks he's tough and has 8 cylinders. talks about how hes never been beat in his STOCK trans am. so ill go smoke him and make him cry.

Nothin better then puttin down d-bags who don't fully grasp the effects of weight to power ratio. I had a ef si with apexi ws exhaust, aem sri,and stage 1 clutch that surprized many d-bags in old v8. Enjoy the look in face when you blow by him.

sounds like you've got a nice start there. interesting no one has mentioned the fact that a usdm GSR block (with oem flat-top pistons) with a B16A head on it (with its large combustion chambers designed to accomodate high-dome pistons) will yeild a low (without calculating it i'd estimate ~9.6:1) compression ratio. and if it's still rocking the tiny b16 cams, then it's not going to make much powa.
but.... throw in some jdm B16 or CTR pistons, a nice valvetrain and some ctr or so cams, and she'll scream
