2000 ACCORD 3.0L V6 MOTOR MOUNTS
Hey guys,
My first post and sure wont be my last. Got the back from the dealer after wheel alignment and said that my right, front and rear motor mount need replacing. Where could I get parts from beside the stealership.
After taking a look it doesn't look too much of a work. But I can see that there is a vacuum/hydraulic line going to the front mount. Does any have the proper procedure step by step, beside getting a 2x4 and place it between the jack and oil pan. Any special tool, or recommended tool? All tip will be appreciated.
I'm more familiar with old Mercedes-Benz. So I'm more of a Honda newbie.
Thanks,
WRSONG

You can go to TAS auto for the mounts, and then the mount install is just as you described. Also if you are looking for aftermarket mounts, you can look into innovative mounts and source a set from them. I have innovative mounts on mine and I really like them. Vibration is not noticable and they are much stiffer than stock.
