Default Supertech Valvetrain Questions

I currently have the supertech H1002D dual springs with my stock retainers on my DD GSR w/ BC3 cams. I'm gonna be upgrading to BC4 cams and was wondering if I need to upgrade my springs and do I need to run the Supertech TI retainers or will the Supertech Lightweight Aluminum Retainers with the 10 degree keepers work with the BC4 cams? Also, will OEM valve stem seals work or should I get the Supertech valve stem seals also?

Supertech springs are Very strong, i know rocket recommends them alot to alot of people I'd search and make sure they are strong enough to handle the lift and duration of the BC4's but i believe they are on the stronger side. I'd look into upgrading your retainers but other then that, you should be good to go spring wise for that cam.

I'm leaning towards RM M22x cams now. I'm be getting those instead of the BC4 if a seller here responds asap. I know the supertech springs are advertised 14mm max lift with coil bind at 19.5mm and the BC4 are advertised at 12.2mm I believe and the M22x are 12.1, but my concern is will the stock retainers bottom out or is it a must that I get the Supertech TI retainers or will the Supertech Aluminum retainers give me more retainer clearance?
