ok so i have a 1993 integra db1 automatic ,i recently put in a b20b in it and was running pretty good for a couple days but my engine light comes on so i pull the codes and its 13 and 41 which is atmospheric pressure(i dont know what that is please tell me )... and o2 sensor heater ...but i have another dilema my engine sometimes doesnt let me rev past 3400 rpm it just sputters until i let go of the gas. is this happening because of my codes? Please let me know its my dd and i need to fix it quick.

The sensor on the picture will need to be replaced or tested to make sure it works, its the one with the circle top hat.

As for the 02 sensor, i would try another known working 02 sensor, if not that ecu might be bad.

 

My buddy had a DA and HE TOLD ME that when he had 2 codes, it would not let him rev past 3.5 either. Now i dont know if thats why its not letting you rev past that, thats just what he told me. So MAYBE when you fix the problems it will run normal. BTW what ecu are you running?
