me and my frined just finished installing his b20z into his eg. it runs strong, no check engine lights (had to modify o2 sensor but no biggy). all in all im VERY happy with how the car performs.

NOTE: we are using the obd1 LS ecu (p75)
when it first started it had a cel, o2 sensor (41), and it was hitting the rev limiter at 5500.....i fig the o2 sensor was the cause for the rev limit problem. well today i fixed the o2 sensor problem (if u need to know how plz feel free to PM me). well take it out for a spin and it bangs the rev limiter at 5500 again???????? there are no cels, eveything is wired up......i fig his tach may be off?!?(its out of a civic ex)

if anybody has had this problem plz let me know, and if anybody knows how to fix this feel free to tell me ur secrets.......pretty plz.....w/ sugar in top.

Cause I'm too lazy to search where is a stock b20s redline? Ohh yeah sorry i dont know the answer to your question.

Unplug the O2 and see if you can redline, you might have messed up the wiring. You can still redline without it hooked up even though light will be on. If not try a different ecu.

thx, we fig out the problem, the ex cluster in his car is NOT accurate he is redlining at 6800 but it looks like 5500 on the cluster
