Default Car Stalling/ oil light problem...

Alright...
Here's my issue..

i got a 2000 Civic SI ..
i bought this car from a kid DIRT cheap.. ..i mean DIRT cheap..
this kid had the motor Bored..and everything.. (has the receipts for it, of what shop did it ect..)

here's the problem with the car..

There is no NOCKING... no Ticking, everything sounds fine in the engine bay..

K, when i start the car (kinda rough starting... )
it idles rough for like 2 seconds then RPM's...shoot up to like 1200..

then rpm's drop to like 800..
when the RPM's are below 1000 the oil light is on..
when RPM's go ABOVE 1000 rpms oil light goes off...

then When i push the clutch in... Drops RPM's to 200 or Stalls it..
After the car STalls out, it will start again.. but its rough.. then idle's itself out to normal..800 rpm's..eventually

now... ive had 10000 things told to me..
Spun Bearing..bad oil pump..something with the IACV..something with the clutch not being put in right.. so its not fully disengaging..

Can someone VERY skilled give me a good place to start..

(this week me and my MEchanic are gonna try and fix it)
we were gonna buy a
New Head gasket
Fix the clutch (because the Shifter is really Hard to move,..i mean really hard) ..
and mess witht he IACV...
see if that dont fix the problem..

if that dont, was maybe gonna buy a new Oil pump??

But i was hoping someone here has maybe ran into this exact problem before..
and tell me what to do..

i dont mind rebuilding the motor.. again i guess, if its bearings.. just dont wanna go there if i dont have to....

fix it? sounds like an oiling problem. is the oil pan dented? something is restricting flow from the sounds of things. or when the motor was assembled the oil orfice may not have been reinstalled allowing too much oil to the head. when the clutch is pushed in and rpms drop sounds like a problem with the thrust bearing.

and the shifter being stiff sounds like a problem with the transmission not the clutch.

you could have problems with your clutch slave cylinder. sounds like the kid knew the car was a problem. now its your problem. you and your mechanic have your work cut out for you. too many variables in the lubricating system for us to guess whats wrong. after you guys open it up and find out whats wrong im sure you'll consider weather it will be worth to continue with this engine. might be cheaper to buy a long block
