my d16y8 blew and i couldnt find another y8 in time so i put a d16z6 in my 98 1.6 el and i used a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness and obd1 ecu and the car turns over but wont start.. my fuel pump doesnt turn on when i turn the key and im getting no spark to my plugs.. what could my problem be?

starter module in the dizzy and umm check ur fuzes to makes sure there good then if not that check ur main relay
