Z10 makes one. They are WAY over priced though, I just cut my black box in half added a FAT Nipple and have a MAIN can up high with the PCV hooked up and it drains into the black can.(black can is back into stcok location just shorter so i coud run a line out of the other CORE PLUG on passanger side
WORKS GREAT! no more high pressure.

what you need to do is go to honda, and get oil cooler fittings for the back of the block from a honda prelude.
I pulled one up for a 98 prelude 5 speed with an h22 (SH model)

You need TWO of #4 and TWO of the washers which are #22
#4's part number is 31516 and is about $9 a piece.
#22's part number is 18349 and comes in at around $3 a piece.
These will screw directly into the block allowing you to install an aftermarket catch can.
