About half the people that have 2006+ si's had 3rd gear problems. the dealers just acted like there was no problem and love to say "it was driver error". After fighting it they finally came out and admitted there was a issue.

havent had ne problem wit my second n third gears*knocks on wood*

 

just got my car back from the dealer got 2nd gear set replaced and 1st and 2nd gear synchros replaced and a shifter cable not it shifts like butter under warranty luckly 2nd gear started grinding bad and popping out of gear all of the sudden
