New Del Sol member
Sup guys, a few days ago I found out that I was the new owner of a Del Sol. The guy from my church gave it to me for fixing his accord. Its a 94, del sol SI. Its green 
..... but its free.... 5 speed, comes with a motor which has a hole the side of a golf ball in the block wall 
At least the top doesn't leak!! and the interior is rather nice!! It also had the integra swap in it...
Anyways just thought I'd share. Will get pics when I go out next time to do some work to it. Does anyone know what motor originally came in a SI? Sorry, I was never into Hondas until now, but I drive a e34 540i so if anyone has questions about that....
Also what is the most common swap for the del sol if I was to turbo it? Thanks.

wow you've come across quite a good deal. Welcome to Honda-Tech.
The color is Samba Green, it'll grow on you trust me.
It sounds like it had either an LS swap or a b18c1 or b18c5 engine swapped in, if so this made your deal even better. Check your block stamp to tell what engine is in it, or post some pictures and we will be able to tell you.

Thanks man! Yeah I'll look at the block next time im out there. The head is probably still good! Lol...valves, springs, retainers, cams...and the crank is just sitting there as well...Maybe I can take the head to a machine shop...and just find a block...

Welcome to Honda-Tech. If you want there is a forum dedicated to just del sols too. Its teamsolcal.com. Lots of nice people there. Also in the group threads there is a del sol owner club thread. Lots of nice people there too.
