you should take into account your own personal taste
the offset determines the lip size of the wheel
lower the offset = larger the lip

wikipedia is your friend :]

Also, keep in mind that the offset depends on what width rims you're getting.

In general, you ought to decide on rims and tires in this order, as each item determines your choices for the one that follows:

1. Rim diameter
2. Tire size
3. Rim width
4. Rim offset

The best rim diameter/width and tire size choices for Integras are:

15" - 195/55-15 or 205/50-15 tires - 15x6, 15x6.5, or 15x7 rims
16" - 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 tires - 16x7 or 16x7.5 rims

Once you've figured that out, you can find which offsets are available for your rim width and choose the one that fits best for that particular width.

35-42mm are typical offsets for a 6.5 to 7" wheel. buy the wheel you like, not what someone tells you to. make sure to check out discount and the tire rack while you're shopping.
