Okay I have a friend w/ a 92 ls integra, and he's having some trouble. I havent looked at the car yet, but from what my brother told me (he saw our friend and spoke to him) he said that the car wont redline in first or second gear, and in third or fourth it wont go pask 4k. I forgot what he said about 5 gear but it was probably the same as fouth. What do you guys think could be the problem.

I dont know how many miles the motor has, cause it was rebuilt before he bought the car in april.
