I have 90 si hatch. At the moment, i have the hasport mount kit for cable b series transmission. I want to put a Hydro B series tranny in.....

My question is, can i just buy the conversion kit. or do i need to buy a new mount also for the trans?

The mounts are different for cable & hydro tranny cases
I have it for my ef/gsr. i bought back in 2004-2005 or so when it first came out.


Hasport does not sell just the hydro conversion arm for B series.
If they did, they would not make as much, therefore they only sell it as a complete mount kit.

Since Hasport never had any D series clients, they did develop EF D-series hydro conversion kit, and they do sell that seperate.

So they could sell it seperate but they don't. It's just business. But who knows, if you buy a lot of stuff from the maybe they will be able to make an exception.

you can just buy the hydro conversion for the b-series
part # is EFBHC
comes with the hydro mount and conversion

 

you dont want hasport get innovative they are much better. same price or cheaper. my mounts rotted out within 3 years.

 

did you contact Hasport? our mounts have a lifetime warranty.

 

I would have but i didnt have a recipt. Im not saying hasport is a bad company but ive had their mounts just give out on me and a coupple other cars as well. I have pic's.
