I have a PWR half-size radiator (92-95 Civic). Does anyone know the thread pitch/size of the drain plug?

it's either 1/4" or 1/8" NPT

 

It's definitely not either on of those threads. I tried all kinds of NPT fittings I have laying around. I'm thinking it might me some kind of metric pipe thread. Very weird...

 

I'll just assume that the crappy plastic drain plug failed on you? Those PWR drain plugs are crap, it would be good to know the size for future reference..

 

Its a 12mm x 1.5 fitting.

 

I'm sure one of the great vendors on this site could get you what you need.

Locash: Yes, the crappy drain plug failed me big time! It's a great radiator, but the drain plugs are horrible. I actually had an extra one stashed away just in case something like this would happen. I stashed it away so good, that I can't find it... LOL!!!
