Well I just picked up a 1991 Honda Accord from my nephew for $200 bucks. He got into some trouble and needed money for fines and such. So I bought this to help him out cause it has been sitting for the longest time. Well drove it home today and the gas gauge reads right below half a tank (its been like this since he bought it). I have been searching trying to find out how to fix it and to no avail. All I`ve seen people say theres a float in the tank that sticks. Well I don`t feel 100% in that info I read and came here to get guidence. I own a 1988 CRX and a 1992 Civic so I thought it shouldn`t be to hard to fix. This is my first Accord woot me lol. Any input will be great. Thanks

 

Might be the sending unit. Could also be a bad cluster gauge
