"plaque" on top of the engine is... green?
I have a 98 4-cyl that had to have the engine replaced recently. The new motor was advertised as:
2000 Engine Honda Accord -2.3L 4Cyl EX VTEC,VIN "3" ULEV SULEV
And it looks like this:

I've never seen a green plaque or whatever it is on a Honda motor before. Anyone care to clue me in?

They have a bigger processor in the ECU. Moniters induvidual fuel mixture from each cylinder. Rather than a combined mixture from all the cylinders. I think they have an extra cat as well. But Im not sure on that.
