looks good, reminds me of the jardine exhausts without a muffler. should have made a header too. thats where the real power is made.

I take it, the bike owner plans on riding solo.

Surprisingly the exhaust was quieter then I thought it was going to be. He's really happy with it. I had to install a power commander for the exhaust to work. The bike was a tad lean without the cat on anymore lol.

it would be hard to build a header better than the factory one. You might be able to gain a little bit up top or a little bit down low but it would come with a sacrifice to somewhere else. so much research, designing and testing goes into every aspect of the bike that the DIYer just can't match without years and years of experience.

Im very aware. Alot of the full exhausts though make crazy power. They're also $1500+

Very nice looking, and I bet is sounds nice. I am also sure the customer likes it, and in the end that is all that really matters.

Nice fab work man! I assume the bike with the pink wheels belongs to a girl?
Is that your 997 in your avatar?
If so, you gonna fab up an exhaust for that too?

A friend of mine built the bike. He flips them after he builds them. He's selling it to a girl. Unfortunately that's not my Porsche just a big fan.

Is that 318 stainless steel, very nice welds, not easy to get a finish bead like that!

Yeah it's 318SS. I've done a few bike exhausts recently, But nothing out of the ordinary.
