Carbon Fiber AWD Civic Hood
It's not on my car. I'll ask the owner if I can post some pics. He's got it installed with Aerocatch latches, it looks pretty tight.
Here's a picture of the hood frame during construction but that's all the build pictures I have besides the untrimmed skin.

webbing, you can see the spot welds
Those actually aren't spot welds. They are the oem locations to apply adhesive for bonding the hood skin to the hood frame. It's made from fiberglass, and it is based off the stock hood frame minus all the holes the oem steely has punched in it.
Here is some installed pics on Jaker's car, with Aerocatch latches. He's got it on a supercharged RWD Wagovan. It's a pretty bad *** race car. That particular hood was made with racing in mind when it came to the design. It has a foam core, carbon reinforcements on the latch and hinge areas, polyurethane UV clear coat, and a minimized frame. It weighs out at only 9 lbs. 15 oz.

Wow I dunno if you gonna take orders or anything, but if you could make the J's racing wing for the hatchbacks (one that would bolt right up to the hatch) I would pay for it! Even if its just fiber glass. that ish looks GREAT man!
