Synthetic Oil + 02 sensors
Who is running it and @ what mileage did you switch?
I am looking to upgrade from my Penzoil High Mileage oil to Pennzoil Platinum synthetic since its only $6.50 more and coupling it w/ a Bosch oil filter instead of the Fram TRT filters I have been using.
I've got 114,xxx miles and really dont want to f up my seals.
Also, where is the best/cheapest place to get o2 sensors? I have the originals and think they need replaced. Or maybe i'll get a new front one and use the defouler method on the one after the cat.

They are original.
I am getting 22mpg if I am lucky. No matter if its all interstate never exceeding 70mph or 40%town 60% highway with no jack rabbit starts/red light drag racing.
I had Honda perform the free tune up @ 98k miles (new plugs, wires, cap, distr) so all of that should be fine. I also Seafoamed the car around 80k miles so that didnt help the o2 sensors/cat longetivity. I also use fuel injector cleaner every so often (usually Techron in about 8 gallons of gas) and ONLY use BP,Shell, or Mobil gasoline.
I am going to be going on some long drives for the next four year (4 hours each way) and am looking to get the best mpg possible.
