did they make a USDM ITR in 1999?
dumb question but i think this guy on the denver craigslist is selling a fake ITR, if you look at the link below, he has the 96spec rims with the 4lug pattern...

x2. Sense you live close by check it out. Get the the vin then you will know what it is. If its legit( which i doubt) its a good deal. Its not worth the 2 hour drive for me.

the CL poster made it very clear that its a 99 USDM typeR so i dont think it can be from canada, anyways the posting has been flagged for removal so there shouldn't be any problems. thanks everyone!
