Hey guys maybe someone could give some pointers here.

92 CX with a H22 swap starts and stall right away. Running p13 ECU and throws 2 codes one of I believe is whats not allowing it to run. It throws codes 15 (Ignition output signal) and a code 41 (Oxygen sensor heater circuit). Went thru the entire diag chart and still has the same problem. I have replaced the ignitor and Ohmed the wiring and found that all good. I have tried another ECU (a P05) just to see and it throws the same code again. I am running out of Ideas and any help would be greatly appreciated!
