Default No sound in one speaker?

Today I noticed that all 3 of my speakers are working except for the rear passenger side speaker. My speakers are connected to an amp and from looking at the wires on the amp and behind the head unit they are all on there. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? I also had an extra speaker lying around and connected it and still no sound from the rear passenger side speaker.

Thanks

****UPDATE********

I must've had the wiring on the 4 Ch. amp wrong because when I rearanged the order I eventually got them to work again. Gyeah!

1st switch the speaker outputs like the rear right to the rear left. If it works and the other one stops then you may have a channel out. If it doesn't work run a new wire to speaker. also try switching the RCA inputs. You may have a bad RCA.
