quick question car making strange sound

Default quick question car making strange sound
i have a 2003 s2000 with about 89k miles on the car but whenever i start up the car when its cold it makes like a soft clank clanking sound. do u know what would be the problem??? thanks...

is it after you start it or while your starting it?

My first thought was TCT (timing chain tensioner), but it's difficult to say without a better description. That and/or a video would help us help you diagnose it more accurately.

Could be a few things... First, how long have you had the problem, have you changed your oil lately, even checked your oil level?
