Just picked this up yesterday. I plan on turning it into a cafe racer. The bike looks amazing from 20 feet away. But the paint needs some work. I don't know what I am gonna do...but I don't want the typical "cafe" paint job.

On a side note...It won't get any spark on one side? Any ideas?

nice bike. couldn't you find something rattier to cafe? it's a shame to put a grinder to something so original.

I know some people will flip that I am turning this into a cafe, But when I got it the last owner did a HORRIBLE attempt at a resto. It looks great from 50 feet away. The tank was horriblly repaired and there is over spray on everything. So I am just going to make it how I want it now.

That may be true, but that bike looks fairly complete... that can be hard to come by

Maybe try to do a scrambler resto? I just love those side pipes and like Schu said, it looks like it has all the parts...
