Is this really a type R Head or a B16? I thought PR3 was B16 and P73 was Type R? Anyways bump for a good deal.

the oil pan, intake manifold say p73 but the head for both b16's and b18c's say pr3 is that correct guys? had the type R intake manifold that said p73 but my lil brother ended up using it on his car . bump

It should all say P73 bro. You have a B16 head with Type R accessories. P73 heads are ported from that factory. Thats what makes them different.

ok now im definately sure if its type R head it would say PR3 just as a b16 would. i use to have a b18c5 that i remember saying it was PR3 but i did not quite remember. anywho its still for sale so someone just law ball me and see where it goes. need money for school i should of not went turbo at that time being... lol oh well im broke

both b16 and itr heads are PR3. theres should be like a paint mark(green???) by the dizzy somewhere i think. i remember reading something bout it.

What he said. Both heads are PR3 stamped. The green mark by the dizzy isn't even always true either. Take some shots of the inside of the head and it should be able to tell.

Does this head come with the cams? I didn't see that in the excluded parts.
