My civic was stolen between 9-12am (sept-4-09). It was stolen from vernon hills and libertyville IL area at Zebra Technologies parking lot while I was working. Me neither but I know I'm pushing my luck as my car gets seen more and more. I've got a removable steering wheel and kill switch but I needs to get a full featured alarm. Maybe even some lowjack.

Sorry for your luck. This is one reason im getting rid of my honda and building a non daily driver 5.0, Tired of playing the kid games with everyone, always seeing people scoping my civic just because u can see an FMIC retarded.

 

Sounds crappy man. I know how you feel I've had my 2000 hatch stolen b4. Now with my eg I got a nrg quick release on the way with locking hub. 400 bucks total and I'd feel more secure rocking just that then a full alarm. But regardless if the thief is determined hes gonna get you sooner or later. Anyways hope you get your ride back and soon.

 

if you call they can trace your i pass and they'll have pics of your car going thru that the police can get! make sure they know you had one and everything. sucks homie, i've been there, my ej got stolen about 2 years back...

Sucks man. Goodluck finding it. I live up in ND and when I walk into walmart I leave my car running with the key in the ignition and window rolled down with no worries. I know my sister lives in AZ and even when she comes up here she locks her car in the garage.
