I recommend not being on a budget when replacing your OEM suspension with aftermarket. Take your time and make sure you replace the OEM parts with an improvement, not something of lesser quality.

With that being said first, I would say the Buddy Club N+ dampers are great for the money. I don't think there is a better deal out there in the price/quality comparison.

If you are looking for ride quality stay away from the Buddy Club N spec +, the ride is just too harsh. I know your post says budget but how much are you looking to spend? Out of the brands you have mentioned I would go with the Koni/GC set up because of the price and warranty, not to mention ride quality is awesome. Plus the price is pretty decent.

koni/gc for sure man. I personally went with 400f/500r spring rates. I admit that the ride is stiff but it's not ridiculous like a lot of that Taiwanese crap. Car handles beautifully as well.

all three have good points..lie the first one said. being on a budget equals you buying better stuff down the road. like the next two said...koni/gc for the money is a great setup.

Can't go wrong with ground control/koni yellow.

I believe the koni shocks have lifetime warranty.

changing shocks every couple of years < lifetime warranty. You save $$ in the long run.

And you will be out of $600-650 when they blow right after the 1 year warranty mark.

Or for 150-200 more you can get the gc/koni.... 200 is worth it just for the warranty.

There are several vendors here that sell Koni Yellows for around 450 shipped. If you are going with GC, make sure you get the collars that are specifically made for Koni's adjustable ring. A while back, VtecVoodo was selling Koni-specific GC's for around 300 or so.

And I agree with the above; it is DEFINITELY worth saving up for that combo. That kit might just last longer than your car, lol.
