I'm doing an h22 swap obd1 into a 93prelude sr4ws chasis (broken rod in cylinder 2). I was using a po6 for engine management on my h23a so I want to know if I can use my programable Po6 to run my h22vtec. I understand a po6 doesn't have vtec but am wondering if I can solder in the components to allow it to work? Also, the 1993 sr4ws chasis would have vtec pre wired correct? From the ecu harness to up in the shock tower? I havn't yet spotted it but am in the process of checking pinouts A4 and If so, what components do I need to buy in order to solder into the ecu? If not, than my option is to buy virgin h22 or p28/ p72 as I understand it.
Thanks for your inputs.
Also, how long should a motor swap h22a to an h23a1 chasis take in labor hours at a shop? Also, would they charge extra to swap in waterpump and timing belt?

ah nm, I found out that, that wire is the jumper wire to run IABs. I think I'm ready to rock vtec, thanks again.
