ohh today was a crappy monday. At the stoplight at the intersection, just pulled out of the bank which was on the same street, and as it turned green for me this stupid bitch in a 2002 toyota highlander blew the redlight, i was 3 lanes down and didnt see her coming... WHHHHAAAMM!!! SHMACK.. BOOM! see you later 2000 silver acura tl 3.2.... lol. she had 2 kids (one 4 years old, other a babie) Why would you risk going through a red light with kids in the car? My engine was blown as was the radiator.. entire front end pushed over to the left.. engine bay is lop sided and moved over to the left and the battery as well.. bumper is dangling as are the headlights. hood doesnt shut and fender smashed into the door which makes it hard to open driver side.. so sad to see a 3.2liter vtec v6 go to waste with only 40k miles.. ;/ but that bitch will pay!!! her rear axle was messed up i think since the whole wheel was bent down, lol.. she told the cops she made 1 payment on it, had it for one month. the bumper of my acura tl tore the whole left side of her car as i ran into it because she blew the red light. When she got out of the car, she blamed me and i had 5 witnesses that said otherwise, maybe more, only got 5 numbers. one on her side of the street and 4 on my side. all said it was my right away and her fault! do i hear lawsuit? I will try to get some pictures if i can, its at M&G specialists right now waiting there because i obviously cant drive it.

Just came back from urgent care, my neck is screwed up, only time will tell on my back.. no complaints yet..

calling lawyers tomarrow, she better scrap that messed up highlander and make a loan or two.

hope you feel will soon. i did go through the samething with my Eclipse hooked it up and one month crashed it. oh well insurance did pay for everytying. as long you are in good health screw the car u can geet better one

UPDATE: So she is trying to go against me the insurance companies tell me. She has no witnesses on her side and the women she had in the car with her said she didnt see it and was on the cell phone the whole time, lets see if she changes her mind in court. lol. I have enough witnesses to get her. Now im really pissed.

 

at least she has something to fight against.. cause my boy has a .. or should i say had.. a civic hatchback and the guy hit him from behind.. smashed it from the back all up to his ***. Lucky for him he was ok.. but the guy who hit him is on a set income and disabled. The lawyer and insurance was like.. sorry dude your screwed. you might get half of blue book. If we total it? i was like IF??? damm thing only runs like 5grand.. and its smashed in half? "IF" we total it???

 

The same type of accident happened to me back in '98 and I got screwed by my insurance company. Apparently, I didn't "allow" a high school girl (who was in a hurry because she was late getting to school) to complete her turn through an intersection on a red light. My turn arrow turned green and I started to turn because it was clear, but she came through in a hurry and I didn't have a chance. I nearly tipped her freakin' Bronco over. I should have fought my insurance company, but my car was an '86 Accord and it was still driveable. I had two witnesses who said that she ran a red light, but my insurance company gave in to her insurance companies argument that if I had allowed her to complete her turn (she lied to them and said that she entered on a yellow) that we wouldn't have collided. BS!!
The end result was that we both pay for our own damage. Oh yeah, my friend knew one of her friends and he told me that 2 weeks later "daddy" bought her a new Toyota. Thats messed up and I was stupid for letting her insurance company and mine to get away with what she did. Good luck and don't let her or her insurance company try to take advantage of you.

 

Nope, She went through a complete red light and even if you, here in eugene, oregon, go through a yellow light and it changes and you are hit, its your fault since you went though a yellow. its illegal to go through a yellow light here. i had enough witnesses.

UPDATE: The women will pay for it all. Insurance company blamed her in fault and me in favor. So her insurance will pay for my car repairs. I lost value in my car now, that is where lawsuit comes in..

What about you? You ok? Dude really, put things into persepective, a car is a car, but would like to have permanant damage to your back/neck/spinal cord? My guess is no......just make sure you get checked out by a few doctors.

 

I saw my car at the auction yesterday it got sold for $1k crashed with no tail light or anything, wonder what they going to do with it

 

damn, but im fine, gonna check the doctor today to make sure, i hate doctors. but im feeling fine thank god. safe cars
