Default Eg firewall heater/coolant hose prob NEED HELP PLZ

Ok help PLZ... look i have 92 EG and im swapping in a gsr motor...the motor has a heater inlet hose that connects right under the distributer and vtec next to the radiator upper hose...then connects to the rear of the motor under the intake manifold which is the heater outlet...

***here is my problem the EG firewall has 2 coolant/heater hoses which one connects to the intake manifold above the water neck and the other I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT GOES...from what i have read it suppose to connect the to the heater inlet which is the one under the distributer/ vtec, but its being used connecting to the water neck...the heater outlet****

so what do i do with this lonely hose?? am i suppose to bypass????

If i have confused you in this topic please excuse me I really didnt mean too...i wrote it as i see it

The gsr intake has a short hose that connects to the thermostat housing, there is one hose coming off the long black water pipe which connects to the heater core its the outlet without the valve. the outlet from the heater core with the control valve connects directly below the distributor on the head.

INLINER....i know excatly what your talking about that is what i have read up on and found out...but the thing is on my motor the GSR where the hose with the control valve connects to under the distributor...this has a hose that connects to the back of the motor that is under the intake manifold next to the oil filter...so im lost to this point...am i suppose to bypass these hoses i guess is the question if not then what do i do with this hose thats coming out the firewall that has the control valve???
