hey everybody i just bought a 98 gsr. only owned it for 2 days now and already found multiple issues and sounds that are unfamiliar.
well to start i needed help on a couple of issues, things like when i brake the car rumbles to a stop the brakes are fine just may be the rotors but could it possibly be something else?
when i accelerate over 2.6k rpm to like 3k i hear a whistle noise from the right wheel area not quite sure of what it is but only when im in second gear or up?
the transmission feels almost flimsy and loose, okay i've driven a couple of gsr's in the past and i found that most of them have this issue, is there a possible fix?
it's currently sitting on some no-name springs and i feel some body roll.
driving in a straight line the steering wheel feels to sway left and right pro dominantly right what is causing this? alignment is good just cant seem to drive a perfect straight line.

okay now that the issues are out there. hopefully will get some answers.
but this car is now my DD and i wanted to do some minor works to get speed and handling perfected.

first off i wanted to get some advice on what parts to get with this setup stock gsr with aem intake 2.5" piping, already on. magnaflow, loud ***, exhaust sounds too loud.

what headers, intake should i get if i wanted to get apexi ws2. want all piping to be 2.5" unless there are better ways to get performance. and i want a somewhat quiet exhaust.

 

should i take my car to get the compressions tested? or any other test.
