u gotta keep punching in numbers till it resets... each number should spell out c-o-d-e on the face.. and it should beep when it resets. so keep punching in till nothings there. then put the code in.
Err 3 means you tried 3 times and didn't get it right. disconnect your battery for 10 minutes, hook it back up, and it will say COdE again. you get 3 more chances to type it in correctly.

you enter the code incorrectly more than three times radio will lock up.
let the car ignition on and radio on for over 1 hour, this unlocks radio again and input code.

Well......you have a CD player man. The ones I posted are tape decks. Of course they will be different
Some cars got tape decks with add on CD players...some got CD players with add on tape decks. My car happened to come with a tape deck and a trunk mounted CD changer from the dealership.
btw, the CD player on the right is not OEM.

if you send me your serial number ill give you your code and and Ill tell you how to enter your code, your radio went into lock mode and you hae to disconnect the battery for few seconds....thats how we do it at work or we pull the radio back up fuse, but I think its better for you to disconnect the battery...

serial numbers for oem radios and oem navis are located in the glove box itself. [a sticker]
or a card when you buy your car brand new.

To answer the "how do you enter a 6", the radio can have 6 pre-set stations programed in to it.
Press the 6th pre-set button to enter the number 6.
Both of my Integras have a 6 in their code.
