Default koni shocks with itr springs or koni shocks with h&r sport springs?

if you had to pick which of the two would it be? im currently on the h&r koni setup but i never really mastered my car with the stock itr springs. i dont care about ride height anymore. i hear lots of good things about the stock itr springs. stock itr spring rates r 250/250 and h&r sports are something like 330/280.. which one would be a better setup for an autocross and daily driving..? the stock itr setup is good as it is so would it benefit me to go back to stock settings?

OK. For DS, you can change the shock bodies but you must retain the stock springs.

i have the older version of the koni's with just having the adjustablity in the front not the rear. so do u think even the stock shocks would be better at this point?

I think the stock ITR setup is more than enough, especially at the local level. I personally ran in STX on stock suspension for 3 years before I upgraded. Most of the fellow autoxers had a hard time believing it was stock until I pointed out the wheel gap.
