Default HELP D15Z1 BUILD UP

I got a d15z1, and I need opinions of what can I do to get more power out of it. Clutch, change piston heads? biger intake manifold? headers?

i got a d15b intake mani. and tb ill sell ya it will bump it up a bit an i might have a d16y7 head that will bump it up a lil also

You'll have to go turbo if you really want to make any power out of that.

why spend money on a d15z1? arent those the vtec-e?

Yea i have been tolded to go turbo. But idk. thanks bro.

And to what I know yea it is vtec-e...i dont know much bout it though.

I was told to change tranny's to a y8 tranny, and bigger intake, and get some headers.

Swap that Z1, it's nothing but a gas saver motor. If you want real power off of a D series, I recommend going for a D16Z6, D15B, or a D16Y8.
Don't bother with the Z1.

x2, for what you would spend to make enough power to get up a hill in 2nd gear you could buy 37 d16z6's.
